Dewan Musyawarah Himpunan Mahasiswa Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hasanuddin adalah Lembaga Legislatif dan Yudikatif di tingkat HMS FT-UH yang selanjutnya disingkat DM HMS FT-UH. Fungsi dan wewenang DM HMS FT-UH adalah menjabarkan dan menyosialisasikan hasil-hasil MMS, menampung dan menyalurkan aspirasi mahasiswa sipil, mengawasi kinerja Badan Eksekutif Himpunan Mahasiswa Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hasanuddin dan lain-lain.
