SIGAP 2019 (Sipil Gerak Peduli) merupakan program kerja dari Departemen Pengabdian Masyarakat Himpunan Mahasiswa Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Hasanuddin Periode 2019. Program kerja ini dibuat guna perlunya penerapan ilmu ketekniksipilan sebagai bentuk pengabdian terhadap masyarakat dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi dan rasa kepedulian Anggota HMS FT-UH kepada masyarakat.

SIGAP 2019 (Sipil Gerak Peduli) dilaksanakan di Dusun Makmur, Desa Bonto Matinggi, Kecamatan Tompobulu, Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan.
